$10.00 per HOUR
A local Jones County store is seeking part-time customer service associates.
You will get to greet customers, answer customer questions, perform cash register functions, assist with general store upkeep and may occasionally assist with bookwork.
Experience : 3-12 months preferred
Greet customers, by name if possible, and invite into cashier lane
Perform cash register functions proficiently
Direct customers to merchandise location
Answer telephone and customer questions within established guidelines
Assist customers with check out and carry-outs
Lift heavy/awkward items
Handle customer complaints
Practice and maintain security measures
Help customers with returns/exchanges
Process and follow up on customer special orders
Use radios to request additional help as needed
Assist with stocking
Assist with cleaning
Assist with bookkeeping if needed
