Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in payroll and accounting? Do you excel at providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling payroll, accounts payable/receivable, customer interactions, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks and reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with additional office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Payroll experience required
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
