They are now at the commercialization stage, they are shipping product, generating revenue and expanding to meet demand with customers across a range of growth market sectors.
 
They currently have 300 employees, expected to double in size over next 18 months. Twice ranked one of the top AI startups in the nation by a couple of different publications and that they are already shipping product and have revenue are all pretty promising. A lot of room to grow a career in a rapidly expanding organization.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about GPU Computing and AI and has the ability to assimilate new technical concepts and product marketing expertise to grow the adoption of our groundbreaking technology and solutions through awareness building and targeted marketing activities. In addition, able to build products and industry revenues from scratch and achieve significant volume and scale.
 
Our Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for creating new processes and agreement templates and will possess strong business, technology, and contractual knowledge with significant experience in working through various types of agreements and driving the worldwide revenue growth strategies. This also includes defining and implementing sales coverage model and assigning and achieving stretch sales revenue targets in collaboration with key sales goals.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to focus SOMs and varying form-factor Cards for near-term (Q3 2020 onwards) revenue traction.
Build effective relationships with industry-specific partner channels and distributors to deliver rapid revenue growth.
Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships with strategic relevance.
Help establish key success metrics and goals.
Partner with geography sales teams to drive demand and create and grow opportunities and accounts.
Drive Joint Business Planning and plan execution with the partners through an established cadence of business.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through the portfolio of Distributors.
Review of sales opportunities and account business plans and manage the monthly revenue forecast.
Lead and motivate a virtual sales team.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of business development and sales experience in technology. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Intimate and hand-on experience of selling current Nvidia or Intel systems into the AI eco-system.
Strong knowledge of industry and business challenges and technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and/or internal partners.
Proven track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative industry solutions and exceeding targets.
Ability to provide inspirational leadership and driving organizational growth and change.
Experience in identifying and qualifying new customers to enable revenue opportunities and product alignment.
Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
Experience with pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
Experience with leading alliances and driving complex deal negotiations.
Must be willing to travel 50% domestically and internationally
