Workday Payroll & Compensation IT Analyst Under the direction of the Sr HRIS Director, the Workday Analyst will have a key role in the current Workday environment and will serve as a product analyst, customer support contact, and technical SME of the Workday payroll and advanced compensation applications and related business processes This role will require knowledge of application configuration, and will support the team with configuration, testing, deployment, and policy integration. This role completes complex HR operational activities and projects and may participate in various HR systems implementations. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and Advanced Comp for all locations across the enterprise and participate in technical support activities •Provide configuration support and troubleshooting on Payroll earnings, deductions, pay groups, pay inputs, one-time payments and other payroll related components •Assist with payroll related reporting •Optimize, enhance, and partner with Workday Payroll and Compensation Application Managers to ensure data integrity for the Workday applications •Work closely with various other functional areas to support the roadmap for various Workday modules •Serve as Tier 3 support for Workday issue resolution •Develops and maintains system documentation •Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs •Participate in all testing and quality assurance processes •Work with a team that provides expert level of support for the application in a fast paced, high volume environment •Create and administer a standard process for identifying changes which impact systems •Solicit end user community to ensure system is provided appropriate solutions Qualifications •BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience •2+ years of configuration experience in Workday Payroll and Compensation modules •Experience working with functional HRIS and Payroll teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance •Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to function and lead in a highly collaborative, team environment •Excellent customer service skills and strong dedication to quality and customer service •Can multi-task and prioritize projects, manage time, and practice detail oriented organizational skills and manage competing priorities •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience •Excellent communication and collaboration skills •Timely execution and decision making •Ability to develop and frame analytical findings in a clear, meaningful way •Ability to appropriately manage and maintain sensitive confidential employee information
