Office Manager-Waterloo


The ideal candidate will exhibit internal/external high customer service standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks for local company. This position is offered as Full Time.


Responsibilities:



  • Answering the phone and welcoming customers into the office



  • Billing and Invoicing customers/vendors



  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol



  • Schedule use of office resources



  • Support other company team members work


Qualifications:



  • Bookkeeping/Accounting/QuickBooks Experience required



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (daily use of Excel)



  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills



  • Ability to multitask


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour


Schedule:



  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday (8:30-5)


Education:



  • High School


Experience:



  • Accounting/QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Clerical/Secretarial experience: 2 years (Preferred)
