Office Manager-Waterloo
The ideal candidate will exhibit internal/external high customer service standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks for local company. This position is offered as Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and welcoming customers into the office
- Billing and Invoicing customers/vendors
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Schedule use of office resources
- Support other company team members work
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping/Accounting/QuickBooks Experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (daily use of Excel)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (8:30-5)
Education:
- High School
Experience:
- Accounting/QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
- Clerical/Secretarial experience: 2 years (Preferred)
