Temporary HR Generalist for Dubuque located Manufacturing client.
Duties to include Human Resources and Safety functions
Assignment will be 4-5 months in length
Will start around April 2021
Must be able to work M-F 1st shift (6a or 7a start)
Pay is dependent on skill set brought to role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline
3-5 years in a HR or Environmental, Health and Safety role
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Health and Safety Primary Duties:
Ensure that all employee training is completed.
Ensure all key managers are certified in compliance training programs
Providing data required for all Safety Programs
Provide safety training to all new employees as part of our onboarding program and to existing employees as required
Detailed Injury analysis and incident reporting as required
Monitor follow-ups and corrective action resulting from safety audits
Human Resources Primary Duties:
Employee Payroll entry
New employee training/onboarding
Resolving employee relation issues and investigation
