When candidates first stop into Sedona Staffing they will fill out our general information packet, including the Federal I-9 form, Sedona’s job application. along with Federal and State tax forms. Sedona Staffing utilizes the E-Verify system with all candidates that complete our paperwork.
After candidates finish the paperwork we will have them complete any required evaluations before meeting with one of our Account Managers to discuss their skill set and to find out what type of work they are looking for. We require all clerical candidates to complete 4 initial evaluations, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Typing, and Data Entry.
When the candidate is complete with the initial screening process we will enter their skill set and contact information into our Applicant tracking system. When employers contact us looking for candidates, we are able to search for certain skill set attributes and match the right candidate to fit your needs.
