Janitor or Cleaner Dubuque, IA Service


Part-Time Maintenance/Janitor needed for a local Apartment complex in Dubuque.


Shift: Part-time, 30 hours or less a week. 9a-3p


Pay: $13+/hour based on experience


Duties: 



  • General apartment cleanup

  • Clean bathrooms, elevators, other common areas

  • Painting

  • Yard clean up


Requirements: 



  • Previous janitorial/maintenance experience

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed 

  • Attention to detail

  • Valid Driver's License
