A local greater Dubuque area organization is seeking to add a Finance Manager to their team. The Finance Manager will manage all accounting and finance activities as it relates to the hiring organization.
What you get to do:
Prepare and Manage the operating budget, program budgets and short and long term fiscal planning.
Manage the full financial accounting, including accounting procedures, bank accounts, and expenditures.
Oversee the payroll, AP, A/R.
Responsible for financial reports (financial statements, audits and reimbursements).
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in a Finance or Accounting related field
Proven professional work experience in fiscal management and financial background
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Solid proven experience with Microsoft Suite and Quickbooks
