Description:

Providing customer service for various customers 
Entering orders as required
Reviewing quotes as well as reviewing items with production manager
Reviewing inventory and advising customers on possible product delays
Answering customer questions or concerns in a timely manner

 
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Excellent attendance required
Helping out in the shop if needed
Must be team oriented and willing to wear many hats
