Responsibilities Include:



  • Provide customer service for various customers.

  • Enter orders as required.

  • Review quotes as well as other items with Production Manager.

  • Reviewing inventory and advising customers on possible product delays.

  • Answering customer questions and/or concerns in a timely manner.


 


Requirements:



  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.

  • Excellent attendance required.

  • Helping out in the shop if/when needed.

  • Must be team oriented and willing to wear many hats.
