Provide customer service for various customers.
Enter orders as required.
Review quotes as well as other items with Production Manager.
Reviewing inventory and advising customers on possible product delays.
Answering customer questions and/or concerns in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Excellent attendance required.
Helping out in the shop if/when needed.
Must be team oriented and willing to wear many hats.
