TECHNICAL TRAINER- INSTRUCTION DESIGN/LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
CONTRACT TO HIRE: REMOTE
HOURS: 8AM TO 6PM M-F

Responsibilities • Creates and maintains training tools such as needs assessments, online surveys to measure effectiveness of learning offerings, and learning metrics data collection and reports. • Designs and develops content using adult learning techniques and a variety of methodologies, such as role play, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and online/virtual learning. • Provides logistical support for training and development classes. • Determines and coordinates schedules, manages the registration process and maintains training records and materials using a Learning Management System and other online tools. • Manages and distributes training related communication. • Manages the learning expense process. • Develops a repository to compile, review, post and maintain a variety of learning materials and documentation.
Skills • Strong customer service and collaboration skills • Experience deploying online training and tracking instructor-led sessions using a learning management system. • Experience with advanced features of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project as well as SharePoint is desirable. • Able to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously within established time frames. • Works independently with general supervision. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Maintains regular and punctual attendance
