Bilingual Human Resources Manager (English/Spanish)
Candidates will be responsible for all HR duties related to the management, implementation, communication and administration of HR related programs such as labor relations, employee engagement, staffing, time and attendance, benefits, performance management, training, policy application and workers compensation.
Experience with labor law, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, benefits and compensation administration.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations affecting the work place.
Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, Microsoft D365 or other HRIS.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree required.
At least 8 years of HR functional experience is required
Bilingual in English/Spanish
PHR or SPHR
HR experience in union environment
Experience working at a manufacturing site
