IAM System Administrator Dubuque, IA Professional

WAGE: $20-$24/HOUR
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) System Administrator will be responsible for planning, project coordination, and ongoing administration of the IAM systems. This position is responsible for establishing business rules, maintaining documentation of data including the assurance of data integrity, data extraction, report customization and analysis. This role will work closely with the Security Coordinator Manager to ensure efficient IAM operations that meet current and future business needs within the IS department.
1. Provides IAM system expertise for the organization through system support, integration and reporting. 2. Assists with the design, selection and implementation or modification of IAM automated solutions. 3. Manages the collection of sensitive employee(user) data and access rights for reporting and distribution. 4. Ensures services follow professional standards and all regulatory requirements related to User/Access tracking, approvals, and reporting. 5. Assists with system implementations, integration with internal and external technologies, partnering with IS colleagues to create end user training and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance. 6. Manages day-to-day system activities to support the IAM function. 7. Serves as an interface between internal and external customers and functional team members to ensure effective delivery of IAM information. 8. Acts as the primary contact with the software solution provider and will be responsible for coordination, testing and implementation of system upgrades and integrations with Heartland specific system customizations. 9. Works closely with outsourced and third-party providers to create integration and interfaces. 10. Develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. 11. Trains new system users and updates existing users on new processes/functionality.  12. Assists in the development of consistent and standardized processes and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems or Information Technology or equivalent combination of experience and/or certification 2.  5-7 Years of related IT/User Provisioning experience. 3. Experience supporting a variety of IS security/user provisioning applications. 4. A working knowledge of the IAM software applications/products used. 5. Track record of managing tasks proficiently, efficiently and with full accountability for results, primarily focusing on responsibilities of: IS technology support and audit/security requirements. 6. Experience facilitating IS or IAM systems training, preferred.
