Location: Browntown, WI
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Performs laboratory tests and activities consistent with a viable quality assurance program.
Activities to include but not limited to bacteriological, analytical, and organoleptic testing. Maintenance of all recorded documentation for finished product, raw material, and packaging testing. Maintenance of finished product specifications, raw material specifications, and standard lab and quality procedures.
3-4 years of experience in food manufacturing industry
Computer Skills, Databases, Excel and Word in order to prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
HSD or GED required
