CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS CLERK


Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm


WAGE: $15/HOUR


LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA 


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Answer phones

  • Assist walk in customers

  • Look up and assist customers with catalog orders

  • Pull parts for processing for customers

  • Stock parts, package parts for shipment

  • Invoicing and cash handling


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Exceptional customer service

  • Warranty/part experience

  • Cash handling

  • Self motivated
