LOCATION: REMOTE CONTRACT
Lead in the development of a robust sourcing strategy aligned to talent strategy.
Build, cultivate and nurture relationships with talent for current or future opportunities with the organization – building talent communities.
Ability to adjust and flex to changes in hiring needs and priorities.
Tasked with developing innovative and proactive methods of sourcing, evaluating, and pipelining for hard to fill roles. (strong Boolean internet and LinkedIn sourcing skills)
Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape, building a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies, active and passive candidates.
Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Webcrawlers etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Bring new ideas, strategies and tools to the table for consideration to drive robust talent communities.
Partner with talent acquisition team members to recruit the best talent for the organization.
When necessary, attend networking events and industry events to build talent network.
Assist with candidate reports for weekly update calls
Required Experience, Critical Knowledge and Core Competencies
5+ years active Talent Sourcing/Recruiting experience, demonstrating a proven track record of recruiting strategies.
Must have 3+ years sourcing for professional level positions from Management to Vice President or SVP with a technology background
Must have experience working with Senior Leadership and strong communication skills
Must have worked within a competitive sourcing model
Must be a strong team player, collaborator and multi-tasker
Would be a plus if individual has worked in a Healthcare environment previously and has knowledge of the payer and/or provider industries.
