CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES
LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DUBUQUE
WAGE: BASED ON EXPERIENCE, EMAIL RESUME WITH WAGE EXPECTATIONS
HOURS: M-F between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Some Fridays until 6:00 PM. Every other Saturday morning 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Sedona is partnering with a local Dubuque company that is growing and looking to add several team members to their Customer Services team. The hiring company has multiple career paths within their organization where the right fit candidate can develop and grow. Ultimately, this is a Customer Service based position where a majority of the time you will be answering incoming phone calls and emails supporting our customers. You will receive ongoing training, tools and support to help you use your exceptional communication skills to engage and connect with the customer base.
What we need you to bring to the table:
2+ years of customer service focused experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to promote a professional image of the company while taking pride in your ability to make a positive experience with each of our members /customers.
Be solution driven on each interaction.
Ability to keep a positive energy and high self-motivation level throughout the work day and have an openness to feedback
